Hello this is Ah Boo.Life is unpredictable, which is why it's important that we all make the right choices in life. From the news, we can see that even this primary year two little girl died and classified as SUDDEN DEATH. Or this former's rep wife who is already leading a good life, never expected to be stabbed to death.
For me, I'm afraid of death, not my own, but family and friends around me. If you had the experience witness your own friend dying or died in front of you, you will get what I mean. I had this friend succumbed 2 years ago because of cancer. He was only 18 years old by then, and his life has just started. I cried that day, I can't bear it when I see his body covered with wires and bruises, breathing as hard as his can to survive the next second. He had a same dream with me, we even plan to study in KL together. But now all I carried is the horrible image of him dying in front of me.
There is no cure for diseases like Cancer, HIV and AIDS. But there are ways to prevent it from happen. We always think that infectious agents are the main causes to these illness, but if you have a strong immune system in your body, we can prevent all these health hazards.
Do you know why doctors asked us to take more vegetable and fruits when we are sick? Do you know that cactus contain the most rich phytochemicals and minerals and may prove o be a vital key in the prevention of cancer, heart disease and other musculoskeletal disorders? If you don't, don't tell me you already know everything about health and it's not wrong to know more. Read about Nutritional Immunology for your own and your loves one's sake.
After studying at KL, I had a very bad living lifestyle. Sleep around 4am and wake around 3pm if there's no class, sometimes I just stayed up all night to do assignments. Unbalanced diet also made me fall sick at least once per month. And thanks to E.Excel, I've become better and live my life healthier.
I also used to think that after I graduated, I'll go search for a high salary job and repay my parents, go vacations and enjoy luxury food. But will it happen? GENTING DAY ONE.
The Excel Vision Carnival already started since around 5~6am because some of our partners are from different places and needed to take bus on Friday night, so they reached around 5-6am. When I reached the place, it's full of Excel Vision people, smiling and held their hands out to me! At first I thought it will be quite boring for I don't know anybody there except my own friends, but I'm wrong. Then all the information counters are invaded by our organizers and helpers.

Yays.After we finally get our hotel room's key, we went up for a short rest and then attend the distributors gathering. Inside a lot of people shared their experience in life such as when they had terminal diseases and all and how they fight for their lives. It's very touching when a mother shared about a story of her son who suffered from a very rare disease since he is born. And instead of ending the little life and let him rest in peace, the mother insist on finding ways to cure the little fella life, and in the end after knowing more about health and immunology, found the correct ways to improve the baby's body system, the baby whom the doctor said only can live for 1 year maximum, had been alive until 5 years, which is now.

We woke up around 6.30am and prepared for the Archiever's Congress where the successors shared their experience about how they excel in their life.
By success, I mean a person who gained Wealth, Health and Time in the same time. If you are rich but you are not healthy, you are not successful. If you are healthy and rich, but you don't even have time for yourself and family, this is also unsuccessful. Only a person who can manage their time, and also well in finance and health is really successful.
